Our Security company offers our clients our newest security guard / security service supervision technology called “Security Guard Tour System” which is an essential tool for any client that requires security guard services. Our “Security Guard Tour System” lets you monitor our security guards (or your own security guards) from anywhere in the world across the internet and informs where, when and what your security guards are doing at anytime without hassles.

The Security Guard Tour System allows real time reporting along with supervision alarm by sending the tour data to the internet using our own security guard supervision internet server. Security guard tour or patrol data and alarm supervision information is available to our security guard company and also available to the client , anytime and anywhere on any computer connected to the internet. The “Online Security Guard Tour System” just needs to be connected to a phone line or a computer network to be ready to work.

The security guard or security officer touches a micro chip miniature steel button affixed at strategic locations throughout the clients location / facility with our special micro chip reader Deggy pen . The “Deggy Pen” collects data throughout the security guards patrol or tour as the guard patrols the clients facility. At the end of each round or at the end of the tour the security guard may download the “Deggy Pen” on the Deggy Web remote. All Security guard movements , security guard patrols and reports can then be seen on any computer on the Internet using any browser.

How the "Online Security Guard Tour System" Works:   Electronic Data buttons (Micro chip buttons)are placed in strategic locations throughout our clients sites and our security guards / patrol officers “touch” these check points at specified times during their patrol inspections with the "Deggy Pen".  The Deggy® Guard Tour Pen keeps an electronic record and thus provides thorough incident reporting. The Deggy wand can then be plugged into a download station and the software prints out a detailed report that can be made available to our clients on a monthly basis or upon request. Or the client may easily log into the internet via a secured web server and monitor the guards activity, attendance , performance , monitor incidents , and MORE. These high-tech iButtons are micro chips enclosed in a mini steel case. Each chip has a unique serial #.  EVENT WALLET

A Numeric iButton Keypad, (with Micro Chip iButtons) also known as the security guards "Event Wallet" is a high-tech wallet keypad containing 12 buttons from 0 to 9, CLEAR and ENTER. This event wallet is carried by the security guard as he conducts his tours around the clients’ facility. By touching the “Deggy Pen” on the appropriate pre-programmed ibuttons the guard can enter and register individual serious of events or incidents.

All events are represented by a number or combination of numbers which enables the security guard to register a series of events and post duties such as property inspection, perimeter patrol, doors checked, incidents occurred , meter readings, and other programmable events as required by individual posts & clients. The security guards tour details, incidents and events will all then be logged into the online software via the internet allowing the clients and our security supervisors or our dispatch department to review and monitor the security guards performance and attendance over the internet.

Deggy Remote Station

 With this unit, which is the same Deggy remote station, you connect the device to the supervisor vehicle lighter adaptor. This way, every time the supervisor arrives at a client's site, the Deggy pen can be downloaded right at the spot. No downtime is necessary, since the Deggy pen does not need to be removed from the site. Once data is collected from different pens and/or different sites, the supervisor carries the remote back to the security office where it can be downloaded into the computer for review.
